  • Custodian of BC's critical land-title infrastructure — accountable for target architecture, technology principles, and governance of the registry systems underpinning the province's property market.
  • Led solution architecture for the Digital Vault records program — century-scale record authenticity, data sovereignty, and a deliberately vendor-agnostic, exit-capable design.
  • Initiated a governed agentic-AI modernization MVP (acknowledged multi-million-dollar savings; MVP cycles cut from ~6 months to 6 weeks), with AI-governance guardrails for a system of public record.
